Meet Todd Lawley

Todd Lawley is a seasoned media and digital-strategy executive with more than three decades of experience transforming traditional brands into digital-first powerhouses. Over the course of his career, he has built, led, and reimagined organizations across the media and marketing landscape. Todd is known through driving growth through innovation, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of how technology shapes consumer engagement.

Early in his career, Todd accelerated revenue growth in major U.S. media markets through inventive, non-traditional revenue strategies. He went on to found and lead a successful broadcasting company, which he scaled for acquisition. Today, as the Founder of T Bishop Group, he brings that same executive-level insight to a select group of clients, helping them navigate digital transformation and maximize return on their marketing investments.

In addition to leading his own consulting practice, Todd serves as President of Townsquare Ignite, where he continues to spearhead the division’s evolution into a full-spectrum digital advertising and media solutions business anchored in data, technology, and measurable outcomes.

Todd is known for combining operational discipline and financial acumen with creative vision. He partners directly with every client, offering the perspective of a proven operator who understands both strategy and execution. His approach is grounded in the belief that brands must not only be seen, but they must be heard.

Away from work, Todd values time with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children, Sean and Sydney. They share a love of travel, sports, and community involvement, and he credits his family with inspiring the balance, perspective, and purpose that guide his leadership.
